Age Concern Coventry receives quality counts standard. Age Concern Coventry
has recently passed with flying colours an in-depth inspection by Age Concern England into the quality of services it delivers in all areas of its operation.

As a member of the national federation of Age Concern charities, Age Concern Coventry - like every other member of the federation - is expected to operate to the very high standards defined in Quality Counts, the quality framework developed by Age Concern England for the federation.

To achieve its certification Age Concern Coventry had to provide documentary evidence of the quality of its work and operation and be assessed during a site visit by one of Age Concern England's trained Quality Assessors.

Following the site visit a report was submitted to the Membership & Standards Committee (the relevant federation Committee) about how each Age Concern Coventry is operating and, based upon the Assessors recommendation the Committee's decision was to award Age Concern Coventry the Quality Counts certificate.

The Charity Commission has endorsed our standard as being compatible with Hallmarks of an Effective Charity.
